My experience at Casa Nawalli was a bit of a mixed bag. While the staff were incredibly friendly and the views from the rooftop were amazing, my initial expectations were not met, particularly with the condition of my first room. After speaking with the staff, I was moved to a better room, but it was still a frustrating start to my stay.

I was initially placed in a room that was dirty, dark, and certainly not what was advertised as a superior suite. The bed was basic with just a sheet, and the bathroom was poorly designed. After my complaints, I was moved to a standard double room, which was much better, but I still felt like I had paid too much for my original accommodation.

The staff were really nice and welcoming throughout my stay. They addressed my concerns promptly and ensured I was comfortable after my room change. I appreciated their effort to make me feel like a VIP.

The hotel is situated on a steep hill with cobbled streets, which made going anywhere a bit of a challenge (not great for anyone with mobility issues). However, the views from the hotel were very good.

I had an amazing 8-night stay at Casa Nawalli Puerto Vallarta! The views were amazing, especially from the rooftop infinity pool where I enjoyed watching whales breach with my morning coffee. Fabiola and Jasmine were incredibly attentive and made sure all my needs were met. However, I did encounter some privacy issues with my room being near the lobby, and the ongoing construction was a bit disruptive at times.
